Not only did they do an excellent , professional Restoration/Mitigation job for us, but J helped to ensure our home insurance paid for the damages caused by our water leak. ************** denied without investigation and when I put them in touch with J, he was able to explain fully to them their rationale for denial was not valid. E dry came to my grandmas house when she had a leak in her hallway. She doesnt live in ****** full time so its a little harder to get paperwork and had to do everything through email as far as pics and everything. ***** the owner was patient and took his time to explain everything that needed to happen. As I have never made an insurance claim and was lost on the process to help my grandma out.
