Woke up to find out we had no hot water. Our unit is extremely old and we are need of a new one. Called at 8 AM and someone will be coming this afternoon already. A few hours later I realized that the old one was emptying into my basement! 15 minutes later Manny was here to save the day. Thank you very much!

We had a water heater put in and I was so impressed with the service! I could not be happier with the two young men that did the installation. They were so polite and professional which is not the norm anymore. A couple of days later we received a thank you which was really appreciated. I would recommend E & D to anyone who expects quality products and professional friendly service. I should add that our old water heater was installed by E & D Waterworks 25 years ago. We called E&D at 8 am by 9 Pete was at our house to look at our water heater and by 1pm we had two guys there doing the replacement! They were very pleasant and made sure to clean everything back up! Great job and thank you!
When my water heater quit working I called and asked for help. They new what part I needed and ordered it overnight express! I picked up the part and Pete walked me through the repair over the phone! Amazing customer service!

My dad always got his water here & loved being the one to go get it. I just got mine at the grocery store. When he passed away they actually sent flowers. So, I decided to go in & get some water. I can see why my dad wanted to go there. Nicest & friendliest people! I have been going ever since! Plus, great water & very convenient. They also were nice enough to donate a water cooler to a benefit I ran. Great people that will have my business from now on!
