Eder’s company E.D.N. did excellent and timely work at OneUnited Bank’s commercial building. They installed new carpet on all floors and tile in the kitchen and restrooms. They also installed new cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and break room. They installed new stalls, sinks, and toilets in the restrooms. They used quality materials and parts to complete the job. They completed the job without any delays. I highly recommend Eder and his company for any all job projects.
Eder and his team did a great job painting the exterior of our house (as well as the interior windows). Their prep work was thorough, and the final paint job was very detail oriented. They moved quickly, but I never felt like they were rushing or cutting corners. Eder was also able do some repair work on areas that needed it. We were very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend.
I have used Eder multiple times on my home (inside and out), our rental property (inside out), and our HOA recreation center that I manage on behalf of the association. The Rec Center work involved some pretty extensive fire damage repair on the outside of the building from the Palisades fire including replacement of double-pane glazed windows and wooden panels.
