We have lived here for a year now and just renewed our lease. We love it here! From the open floor plan to the beautiful view off our balcony, it's all in the details. Maintenance has been very responsive and professional for any of our needs. Kate always responds promptly when we have questions. The neighbors are quiet, respectful, and friendly. We even had one bake us cookies to welcome us! It's been a really great experience living here.
I can’t say enough good things about E Cooling Properties. My 20 year old daughter was looking for her first apartment, 300 miles from home. We needed something safe, affordable and close to Cherryvale Mall. We hit the jackpot with their property in Loves Park. Clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was always courteous and professional. When we did have a minor issue, they responded promptly and satisfactorily. Online rent payment option worked great. Highly recommended!
E Cooling Properties are great! Landlord, office manager and maintenance team are all great and very helpful. We love our place very much and have been here for multiple years.
