They're dedicated. They may take a bit, but they do everything they say they're going to. I'm very satisfied with the work overall. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to the work. And when it comes to their end - they always had their i's dotted including communication with the city. (permits, etc) I got the impression that they were just solely focused on the work and getting it done properly - and that just caused them to overlook communication. After a sanitary sewer backup into our home, we discovered that our 70 year old private sewer line had to be replaced. EC Plumbing & Drain gave us the best bid by a long shot, that beat out the big companies you see advertising on television. Their workers are professional, courteous, and committed to getting the job done right, working well after sundown. Kudos to EC Plumbing & Drain.
