Paid Ernie $5,800 to install a new HVAC unit... only to find out 10 months later that the unit he installed was too big for the space he put it and not getting proper ventilation therefore shutting off at 65 degrees. Wouldn't heat the house. Called him and left messages 3x over a 2 week period and no reply. Totally ghosted. After several estimates/input from other contractors I ended up paying another contractor $5,000 to move the unit to the attic for proper ventilation. Not happy.
