I recently purchased a Segway Xyber which had to be shipped to a Segway authorized third party retailer. Lucky for me, that retailer was E-Bike Premier. Andy & his staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. From initial test drive, to riding off with the dealer required update that enables the newly touted 43mph cap for the Xyber. Very pleased with my experience and this will be the only place I visit for all my e-biking needs.
Unbelievable prices for simple services.
I came in to just get my bike's back break bled, and it took two months for me to get my emoto back botched. Throttle wires out, and a broken display latch. It should've not tooken that long to actually get to it and find out the underlying problem, and then another month to actually order and apply the parts. Despite that Andy and his team were respectful, and did get my rear break working.
Super friendly. Punctual and honest. Ordered exactly what my son wanted and received it faster than expected. Will return for my next e-bike purchase. THX EBP!
So, I picked up a Bulls ebike, and let me tell you, it was like Christmas morning—if Christmas morning was a comedy of errors. First, they charged me $130 to set it up, which I thought was a bit steep, but hey, maybe they were charging for the entertainment value.
