I booked an appointment, showed up and the place is closed. I was still CHARGED the FULL amount!
Great place until it closed with no notice. My Barber, whom I have trusted for the last 3 years has answer, apparently some of the staff wasn't given a reason. Oscar, wherever you go, I go.
Made an appointment with Henry… waited for almost 20 minutes and the guy never showed up for work. Meanwhile they took a walk in and had me keep waiting. Would not recommend.
Absolutely love it here! T does amazing work! Very attentive to detail.
