Huge dent on other side of van and couldnt open sliding door because of it. Terrible van

Answered my call in a timely manner. Good customer service. Polite , gentle mannered — not pushy or aggressive. The vehicle i wanted to purchase was on site. Only regret is I didn’t leave a downpayment to hold it. He didn’t even suggest it. I just said i’ll be back the next day with my own mechanic to give me the last stamp of approval. I admit it was so naive of me . Next day came and my mechanic and I was 10 min. away from his lot when he texted “car sold” . Overall I still had a good experience. It was quickly but in a different location
the owner herself was very helpful but unfortunately my son did not qualify on an auto loan.
Was quick to respond. Is working with me to get financing. I have bad credit, but sales person has assisted me with an online application, valuing my trade-in, and working super hard to get me the car I really wanted.
Very quick and couteous response.
