Great company! I high recommend DZMI Commercial Real Estate!
We leased property from this company for several years. When it came time to leave the property, they kept our deposit. We left the place better than we found it. They told us we never gave them a security deposit although the contract stated we did. Piss poor communication from day 1. Follow up to response: We never received a letter or an email from your business notifying us of someone else taking over.
