Two years later, the new Marketing Manager for DZ Motors reached out to reimburse me for my trouble. At first, I was skeptical, and on second thought, wow here is a company trying to re-image themselves and become more customer oriented. I recently bought GL 45 Mercedes Benz from DZ Motors and I am very satisfied with it. The salesman I dealt was Arthur Liviev. He was helpful throughout the process and made things seem very deceptively light for my wife and I. Please whenever you are there, make sure you ask about him. This was my first car loan so I was prepared for a very high interest rate and high monthly payment. Neil handled the financial end of the car. Another dedicated employee that went the extra mile to get my business. He worked his magic and got me a pretty good interest rate with monthly payments WELL below what I was expecting to pay. Not only that, they threw in a one-year powertrain warranty at no extra cost. Again, I didn't make it easy for Neil so KUDOS to him for putting up with me.
