I have been completely RIPPED OFF AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF by Dyson Plumbing. I had a leak onto my bathroom floor and pipes knocking in the wall. They charged $248.63 AND FIXED NOTHING!!! Plus, they had turned the valve off on one toilet and left it off. I thought it was broken. I called that same day after they left to complain.They came back the next afternoon after I called and turned it back on. Thank God I had more than one toilet. They do great work, but they charge you $95 to come out whether they perform any services for you or not. Had a sink issue the other day and the first time they came out they were in and out in less than 5 minutes and performed NO services and still charged me $95. Then when they actually did come out to fix the problem a few days later they charged me another service fee???? Called and was told that they charge that fee whether they are there for 30 minutes or 30 seconds.... terrible customer service, will no longer be usin... read more

They do GOOD WORK and I was VERY SATISFIED with the job. But I made the mistake of letting them go get caulk (when they ran out while caulking around my vanity!) and that time on the clock cost me at least $60... I had the feeling that was going to be on my bill and I should have asked about it, and upon receiving the news, should have finished the job myself - so it was my fault!
