One of the worse experiences I had, when we were there to put stuff in our trailer, A person by name Richard approach me and my wife and start yelling about entering the storage without entering the code. That day the door got stuck open then got stuck close so when it opened, we went in. Came home 4 months ago and someone was parked in our spot. Seems they have no idea who this individual is and will not have them towed. Put us in the back not where we want to be. Not a happy customer. I have paid my rent on time for over 3 years and they let someone park in my spot that doesn’t pay! We have given them ample time to remove this person and they won’t. Time to look for a place that cares about their paying customers.

An old neighbor hooked us up .He bailed But i Haven't had 1 problem .. Love this storage. The Lady in the office . Is totally low key understanding and hepful.
