Horrible customer service, they tell you what you want to hear then when you check back in there has been no work done at all. They have had my truck for over two months and yet have gotten it back it running fully, after he originally told me all i need was a new HPOP. The shop in Rossville GA looks for closure on and all the cell numbers i have are turned off.
Everything the 1-star review people have said about dyno is true. Been lied to, essentially stole from and can't get a call, message or email back. If you haven't already gone there, don't.
Really disappointed! I used these guys several years back on my duramax and they did a great job. I took it back in nov for new injectors and some upgrades totalling about $7000. Jonathan called me and requested half the money in cash. I got a really bad feeling in my gut but went ahead with it. I know being a small business can be tough. 7.3 owners. Please read. DO NOT SEND IN YOUR HPOP TO THIS SHOP. I made the mistake of doing so and its been 3 weeks of waiting with no end in sight. They do not return phone calls or give you any answers over the phone. Trying to get them to just ship my hpop and lines back to me so I can buy an adrenaline from DieselSite. Even contacted the local Rossville, GA police department to hear them tell me "they're a bunch of crooks, shadetree operation going on over there." - Update - January 2018 - Still no hpop yet let alone even a phone call/text/email from DynoProven letting me know why they feel it's acceptable to keep my hpop, ipr and new hp lines since Sept 2017. December 2017 - They have had my HPOP/IPR/New HPO lines since early September. Phones seem to be disconnected now and they do not reply to FB messages or emails.
