How does it make sense that a mechanic overfills the engine oil and just says 'it’s fine'? When I asked them to drain 0.5 quarts, they just pumped some out carelessly and told me to check the dipstick. If you don't even have the most basic maintenance knowledge, you shouldn't be running an auto shop. Totally unprofessional
