Taxi driver in car #212 likes to cut people off apparently. He tried to weave around backed up traffic and realized he couldn't do it so he cut me off. I literally laid on my horn and he continued to come over and proceeded to flip me off. I had to swerve into another lane to avoid him. Very disrespectful driver
