They need safer cars. The cars provided by the company are falling apart ex: one of the cars emergency brake snapped and it has been duct taped to the bottom of the car. Also the work environment created by the owner is so unhealthy. Many ex-employees including myself had troubles recieving last paychecks. Hopefully one day the community will have more reliable transportation than NWA Taxi.

I was very pleased with the courteous driver that picked me up from the airport recently. I didn't expect such a friendly atmosphere, almost like family. I would recommend NWA Taxi to anyone, and plan on using them again whenever I return to the area.
Reserved a limousine for my sons Prom about 6 weeks in advance. Received a call about an hour before they were supposed to be picked up that they weren’t going to be able to pick them up. They didn’t care at all
