After more than 15 years as a AAA member, I will be cancelling my membership over their decision to use these unprofessional, arrogant, ignorant crooks. These guys damaged both of my bumpers and were so ignorant about cars that they had me calling parts stores for over an hour looking for the wrong thing. After more than an hour trying to figure out how to get the car on their truck, they ended up abandoning my vehicle saying I'd need to pay $300 out of pocket to have another tow company come. AAA sent Dynasty towing to repair my flat on the highway. The first driver who came out was rude and disrespectful. He lacked basic professional courtesy. I simply refused to get in the truck with him especially after he refused to identify himself or explain where he planned to pull the truck to repair the tire. He demanded that I get in his truck without providing this information. I total respect the safety of tow drivers and understand the severity of broken down vehicles on highways.
