Nadia is PHENOMENAL!
From the moment I stepped in the office I felt very comfortable with the lovely receptionist who was very sweet and professional. I was greeted by an assistant nurse who was extremely professional but very personable and she set me at ease. When Dr. Nadia Poon-Woo came in after her and nurse discussed my case. I went in for an office visit and blood test panel. Although Nadia was very nice and made me feel comfortable she didn't issue the blood work. But instead gave me a list of supplements to buy. I was charged $275 for this visit. I was quoted $130. Now I can't get anyone to discuss and explain this extra charge. I did call for a refill and truly hope they didnt charge me an office visit for this. Their phone is not taking calls. Frustrating!
Excellent first time visit to establish myself as a patient. I believe this will be a great partnership!
