I came for a set of acrylics and was here for 2 and a half hours. The staff gave no indication up front of there being this kind of wait and quickly sat me and started working on my nails just to leave after putting on the acrylics to go perform a full pedicure on another client. The photo on the left was what I asked for and the photo on the right was what I got. My nails look nothing like I wanted them and overall just not a great experience.

Got a pedi from Steven and a full set by Tang (Zhang?) , they took their time and did a wonderful job. I will be back!
I have had Tang doing my nails now for over a year. I don’t ever want anyone else. Nails are always the same length, perfectly shaped and he is always so careful. You won’t find anyone who will do better work. I’m so thankful that I found him!
I’ll be very honest, I walked out after 5 mins entering. The lady who took me back was eating and seemed annoyed walked in. When requesting an ombré design, she was pushing for me to pick one solid color. I could tell that I would not like the finished product just from the experience coming in. I’m not sure if this is how nail techs are in the Knoxville area, but I was not impressed.
