I’ve been using Dynasty Diamond Jewelers for quite a while now, and I truly appreciate their excellent service and craftsmanship. The first time I visited, they repaired the band on my antique diamond ring, and they did a beautiful job restoring it. Recently, I went back to have the ring resized since my knuckle has gotten a bit bigger with age, and once again, their work was precise and carefully done. I had fantastic experiences at this jewelry store! I purchased a beautiful ring at a great price, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable—they took their time to make sure I was completely happy and never made me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’m beyond satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks to everyone, especially Steven. Highly recommend!
Worst company to work and buy from. As of November 2025, neither Jorge or his son has contacted me upon our conversation. Over priced and lack of professionalism is an understatement. You are best going to another seller than to buy or contact this company
