We had a great experience working with Dynasty Exteriors on a wide range of exterior projects this summer. They replaced our roof, rebuilt our deck, replaced and painted trim, reconfigured the gutters and guards, and handled several other improvements around the house. I can't say enough to pick this company! Austin for one is such a nice honest guy. I had some shingles fall off before I could afford to get a roof and he fixed them within hours of me calling him. He remembered me after a few years and gave me an awesome price for a new roof. The workers came and they tore my old roof off and put the new one on within 7 or 8 hours max. We worked with Dynasty Exteriors for a new roof and siding on our home in northern Michigan after the ice storm in late March. They were professional fast and had attention to small details that other contractors might gloss over. They had the lowest bid and our main point of contact (Trent L) was amazing to work with. Great experience from start to finish. Working with Austin on the initial quotes and selecting the shingles was easy and informative. We had a storm take an old shingle off between the quote and replacement and Austin stopped and personally fixed it to get us by. The job was scheduled in the time promised and the crew did amazing in very hot and humid weather. Austin kept in good communication and stopped out again to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the roof and new look of our home!
