Took my very nasty car in for cleaning 1/26/17 shampoo carpet all the works so for my 125.00 I got the inside cleaned. Nothing was done to the outside was told I did not ask for the outside to be washed. Was asked when making the appt. if I wanted a wax said no did not need that. did not know it would cost more for the outside NOT very happy with this company. They did offer to wash the outside but that would have been another hour. Will not be going back. Not sure how much that would have been
They totally forgot to shampoo the carpet in the back of my van. The seats don't look much better and there's still dirt in my cup holders. The cleaning job under the hood was a joke. A was their claim that they would buff out the scratches. Shameful.
