As a long time returning patient, I have repeatedly arrived during posted operating hours only to find the front office closed without notice. On one visit, I had to leave because the office was not open and later saw a receptionist at Starbucks during operating hours. When questioned, I was told the office has short days randomly, which is not communicated to patients.
