I called on behalf of one of our patients (I represent the Primary Care's office) No one that answered the phone spoke English, I was put on hold then hung up on. I called back a 3rd time, asked the young lady ny questions - IN SPANISH - she responded with tremendous attitude and hung up on me. Poor customer service skills.
