Would have been a better experience if their receptionist had some customer service! Just rude and not polite.
Horrible customer service been with them for 2 years.last visit was just 6 month back.my contacts started giving me an infection and wanted to be fitted again.requested for a follow up but they wanted me to pay the whole payment again.extermly upset..
My daughter was frightened, she is small and this was her first eye exam. The Dr. Was so patient and had a gentle way of making her feel comfortable. The staff were sweet and worked so well with small children. They are an excellent team and work so well with small children.
