my wife returned yesterday, after several years for another MRI.....experience was superb we were met by friendly , helpful Vida, escorted to the waiting area where Gracie was situated and she could not have been more efficient ......checked everything and made sure my wife was comfortable Our tech was Herman and given my wife's anxiety he was happy to let me stay in the room with her during the MRI itself Nothing was too much trouble for any of these 3 people who helped us through a very difficult process for my wife I have... read more
none compassionate at all, very self centered staff would not recommend this place.
I was 10 mins late to my appointment (after waiting 2 months for an mri) to be turned away an i'm lumping but I guess none of that matter.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HAPPENED THERE YESTERDAY - As I was getting dressed after ny mri, Vita the receptionist behind the desk said "here boy, heres youre disk" holding the disk in the air, like a dog getting its treat. I was in shock and will take action against this vile worker.
I had a standing MRI in 2010, this was truly a blessing I am extremely claustrophobic. It's now 2026 I'm in dire need of an MRI, I looked on line and found Dynamic again. I can now have this test done and while watching TV. Lovely staff just as I remembered. Thank you
