On New Years Day weekend I had a 90 minute massage with Kathy Flippin at their Laguna Niguel location. She was excellent. She asked relevant questions and tailored the massage accordingly. The massage came on the second day of a long four day training block and it was just what I needed to get me through the four training sessions. Highly recommended!
When I found out that I was pregnant I was excited about becoming a mom. After a few months the little aches and pains associated with carrying a baby started kicking in. Thank goodness Kathy and her team were there to help! The pregnancy massages were exactly what I needed and they were able to still give me relief as I got bigger and bigger. Baby is here now, so now I can go and enjoy all the other types of massage work that they do!
They are experts in massage and will take good care of your health.
I was so lucky to have found Kathy who saved me from this crazy pain I woke up with one day in my neck and shoulder. I've had many massages before but I have never been approached with such knowledge. After an hour massage, I walked out feeling like a newborn. Thank you Kathy! I'm raving to everyone about you
