Used to really like coming here. I had issues when they closed for remodeling a couple of years back. They did not reopen on time and it took several more weeks for them to get the versa spa back up and running. I decided to give them a second chance, only to be disappointed again. The store was closed with no note on the door and no notice online. I'll finish my prepaid spray tans and then I'm done with this place. Horrible way to run a business.
I use to love this place, but in the last year it is closed more often than open in mornings. It is suppose to open at 7:00 A.M. and when you pull up it is closed. Trying to reach someone to find out why is impossible!!! Also changed hours and close earlier which is an inconvenience with my work schedule, but website still lists old hours. Making time to tan and driving there to find out closed is bad business. Time to find a new tanning place, which is sad because I truly use to love Dynamic.

So I go in to tan with my level one membership with a girlfriend who has the same membership. We are told 2 out of the 3 beds do not work so one of us has to use a level 2 bed. I say ok and she says there will be a charge. I questioned why a charge when you do not have a bed available with my membership and she says the manger is enforcing this policy. I am sorry that is bad management. I understand not advertising it but I am sorry this is wrong.

Again Kim Satterfield Meinke we dont give away free tanning when the beds are full. we have 5 level 3 beds that are full numerous times a day and we have wonderful customers who understand their options and have never had an issue before. the bonus bucks you earned as free money did cover your tan however. Please return our call for further questions. thanks and have a great new year. management will be able to assist you again on monday at 7.
