This company refuses to maintain their empty lots around Portland, OR. This has resulted in a blight on the neighborhoods they buy in. Currently, one lot in SE Portland is overgrown and housing a homeless camper. In this lot, this camper makes and uses drugs, leaves unsupervised fires burning, makes a huge mess with his stolen wares and, I'm sure, leaves human waste.
