⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ I went in 3 times total for a prosthetic leg below knee, and all he really seemed worried about was my insurance. I got a trial socket and was to take it home for a week to make sure it was good. It had a vacuum pump that didn't work at all not even before I left the office. He called me while on my way home and had the insurance charged before I made the 20 min drive home. Great place! Great service. Would go again.
What they did right. Getting my custom inserts done before the end of the year, for insurance purposes. 5 stars for that. What they did wrong. Picked up inserts and walked for one day on them. I could tell something wasn’t right with one of them. Took it back to have fixed and told them it was not wide enough, I could feel the seam on the edge of my foot. They took and fixed it.
