We always has a great experience with Dynamic Property Group. We had an unexpected plumbing issue in one of our common areas, Edger and his team from Dynamic Property Group acted quickly. They arranged the repair the same day, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you Edger and team.
Our pool has been out of service for two years now, and there is no response from the management group about it and timeline keeps changing. Meetings are not very consistent and tasks dont get done unless is something urgent.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Our previous management company sold our contract, without consent, to this one. They have mishandled our community by allowing and taking the word of one homeowner/board member, who has since been removed from there position on the board. They have hired and paid for things that the board has not voted for nor approved. They are simply taking the word of one. We for several months now have fired them. As a Board Member I was very disappointed in the professionalism of DPG, especially of Gail and Edgar. Yes I myself was muted on Zoom and witnessed homeowners being muted or talked down to along with myself.
Never heard back.
