The decision of DPG to suggest our HOA Board sign a 10 year contract but settled for a 3 year contract, especially since their current contract has 7 months left on it, demonstrates their lack of professionalism, credibility and responsibility to our community. This action disregards the fiduciary duty of Board members and DPG to act in the best interest of the homeowners by locking the assn into a long-term contract w/o allowing for proper evaluation of performance and the flexibility to change if needs aren't met. The fact is that these folks are EXCELLENT in making sure that every issue is resolved so they are PROACTIVE, DILIGENT and PROFESSIONAL in carrying out their duties. Highly recommend if you don't pick my company!!
