I’ve been going to dynamic pain for 4 years. But the last year during painful & difficult times, they have been caring & patient. Minus a few times where I get frustrated with the office staff. Jessica is amazing! Love her! Dr Imas does not rush you! He’s great too. Personally him and I love to debate LOL! They are really trying to help me out with something that is important & not a lot of doctors offices are like this in Vegas! Taking the time. And caring enough.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The office staff is horrible. I left 10 messages and never got them to get a hold of me. They completely lied to me about taking care of a unnecessary procedure that I had to pay out of pocket for. The doctor is probably the biggest scam artist of them all. He's a "pain doctor," but also an "addictionologist." So he gets people hooked on perscription meds then he "treats" them for addiction. I don't know how his practice is still running. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Imas. It is wonderful that in todays hustle and bustle world the staff here at Dynamic Pain Rehabilitation is still willing to give you that personal interaction. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
The staff are great!! Very friendly office. I never have to wait that long. Chris Artigas is wonderful. Takes the time with you to listen and hear what your saying.
If all doctors and office staff were as caring and REAL as Dr Imas and all his people this world would be so much better off. From day one they have shown nothing but respect, care and compassion!!! Most importantly they LISTEN to you!
