I have never been one to write a bad review but my experience here was just terrible. Made me wait an hour and half in the lobby just to to charge me $100 copay, and when I saw the doctor all they did was prescribe me ibuprofen. Was told I was going to get scheduled for an MRI and never got called back, was even sent a separate bill for it.
I had to go for shots in my lower back. I saw Dr. C Middendorf in Pensacola FL. First greeted with love and professionalism by office manager, Marsha G. I just want to say how some of her staff members rolled right in with the best patient care and more love upon my arrival! Thank you Crystal O, DJ. M, Myeike S, Jen R. and Erica M. You are all my extended family. I will always love Dr.Middendorf, he has excellent bedside manners and he always makes time to listen.
This dynamic pain management facility is horrible and very unprofessional and has poor customer service skills and very impatient. The office manager is very unprofessional and needs extensive training. I called about documentation I needed and we had our conversation and I explained to her every time I call this facility individuals transfer me to you and she is unprofessional and rude and hung up in my face. I will not recommend anyone to this facility.
