Very shady and dishonest. I’m not even one of their clients. I was just unfortunate enough to be caught in the crossfire of their negligence. I live in apartments next to condos they were doing work. I parked my car in my own complex’s lot, the next morning there were cones and tape blocking off parking spaces, one of which was the space I was already parked in from the night before. I will not suggest no one to use this company. They are literally now replacing the roof in our community .damaged all the AC in the community and Didn’t put none of the vents back. More than five Units in the community got water damage after their roof was replaced. And eventually, they saying that this is the owner responsibility. Horrible, horrible horrible. Do not use this company!
I am a contractor for single family homes in Colorado and can confidently say that this company is one of the most unprofessional and untrustworthy vendors I have ever seen. They have taken MONTHS to replace these townhomes. They also damaged my skylight leaving a huge open hole to the outside. I got sick of no responding and done trust their hack work so I personally have made the proper repairs. DO NOT USE THEM.
