She surprised me with how unprofessional she is. I've known this family for years. We where texting about reminders on my appointment and i asked her if she would allow me to take my small dog with me and she never responded back. All she had to say is yes or no it wouldn't had offended me. But not responding goes to show how unprofessional she is.

She’s the very best you won’t regret it!!! Yoly is very creative and a lovely and friendly professional woman.
She is clean,prices reasonable,any design you want she do it for you so you will be happy, professional.
Have been with Yoly for the past almost 8 years and she is like wine every year her designs get better... She is the best in Western Mass:):)
