Told me if I took my negative review they would help .. got recordings and was lied to on tape smh no I wouldn’t recommend I cried for over 2 hrs and was not met halfway pretty much in my opinion felt like I was cheated and manipulated

Literally the most ignorant and incompetent people I’ve ever come across in my life. I tried to amend my payments to every other Friday, instead of every other Wednesday. (Two day difference). A woman named Alicia I guess was so incompetent that she sent me amendment papers to have my payments made weekly. They really tried to get me to make weekly payments, when I just requested to move my payment date. Not to mention an extra $7,000 was added to my loan out of the blue. :-) these people are a joke.
they sold me a car and are trying to charge me 900+ dollars a month not only that my check stubs were illegally changed for once a week to every 2 weeks and the some how lost my award letter and want me to bring them a new one something crooked is going on there I will be call the news station and bbb on them I'm tired so I say don't buy acar from them because there not honest with you

GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN I FIRST WAS THERE TO GET A NEW CAR & WORST EXPERIENCE AS IM NOW TRYING TO GET ANSWER ABOUT MY CAR AND WHATS GOING ON WITH IT. Honestly wish I’ve never got a car with them. Customer service is horrible and I NEVER GET TO TALK TO THE HEAD MANAGER. My car literally needed new brake pads 2 weeks after I had it and now a whole new transmission!! Please look at the company as a whole! Read all the other reviews. It is what I should had done. They are nice enough to get you hooked in, but once you sign. They do absolutely nothing to help you. My payment wasnt even due yet, and I started trying to contact them through calling, emailing, my employer due to Corona emailed, I even text the sales person that sold me the car!
