As a Real Estate agent I have a number of clients who own investment properties. I have been looking for a good management company to help my clients needs in this area. I recently started referring Dynamic Management Group to my clients and I have been getting a lot of positive feedback. They are really impressed with the level of professionalism and experience with their team. I won't hesitate to refer them in the future.
I've lived in one of their managed properties for 2 years now. We liked the place when we first saw it and they made it really easy. We can pay our rent online, and we always have someone to talk to if an issue arises. We haven't had much go wrong, but they've been right there to fix any problems that we've had - a dripping faucet in the bathroom was the biggest issue so far.
I'm a tenant in a condo that Dynamic Management Group manages, and recently had a problem with my water heater. I called them well after normal business hours, and was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person. Ryan walked me through a couple of things to try to help diagnose the problem. He was very patient and understanding. He had a handyman come out first thing the next morning and the problem was solved!
The team at Dynamic Management Group is excellent. I have used other property management companies in the past but this company has out shined all of them. They are quick, responsive and most importantly they are reliable.
