Sherrie is very disrespectful and dishonest for a landlord told me if I had a problem let her know immediately and she’d have it fixed well she never did went by w-2’s but after she renewed lease in January on the 19th she ask for w-2’s on February 26th and made rent unaffordable by adding an additional 11,239.00 income we didn’t make and won’t explain or show how she came up with it and on top of that we lived in mold for 11 months with running a dehumidifier 24/7 during that 11 months didn’t fix mold til June 8th eviction ... read more

Very unprofessional. Sherri is the most ignorant disrespectful landlord I've ever dealt with. She claims her places are through HUD housing but doesn't live up to any of HUD rules. She enforces only what benefits her from HUD. The apartment is a slum. You have to beg and plead with her to get anything fixed. If you have a big ticket item that needs to be replaced you can count on her doing nothing. Any phone conversations we have had she is totally ignorant and talks down to you.
Terrible, the apartment building is falling apart. Sherri is rude, doesn't respond at times and is incredibly unorganized for a landlady. She charges you for cleaning carpet and the carpets in the apartment were terrible, took pictures and when we complained she ignored it. DO NOT RENT FROM HER
If you enjoy being charged $250 to "professionally" clean a 30x30 apartment, surprise fees, exposed elelectric wiring, and black mold, look no further.
