Mike Johnson did a fantastic job with both the installation and explanation of the system, maintenance, etc. Absolutely no “mansplaining” from Mike. 😀
We had a failure with our Air-conditioning. I contacted Dynamic and Bill was out that afternoon to troubleshoot. It was determined we needed a new system. Bill provided a very reasonable quote and arranged to install it right away. Mike Johnson and James Smither did our install. They did a great job and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Dynamic HVAC scheduled an appointment with as soon as they could during a summer heatwave. Gave me text notifications of when they would arrive and had my AC unit up and running in under an hour.
