Their sales staff knock on my door every 3 months. Ive told them a number of times they are to be blacklisted and not knock on this property. Their workmanship is less than average, their support team even worse and now their reception is unmanned and you need to leave a message to get in touch. My review has moved from 5 stars to 1 because of the disrespect they continue to display
We had shutters installed to the two front windows of our 1930's house and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Young Jacob gave us advance notice of the install date and was on time as promised. His communication during the install process and the quality of his work were excellent, and he cleaned up i.e. rubbish removal and vacuuming on completion which was greatly appreciated. I’m just saying it so everyone knows the truth, these guys are sales guys who come in to your home to rip you off.. some of you probably paid 10k while’s others paid 1500 they make money on both, they just start at 10k so if you’re a sucker you get ripped off big time. That’s the truth sorry if it happened to you, they do know install pretty good though
We were extremely happy with the service on the installation of our roller blind. Fantastic with the hot weather we are experiencing. Also for the security aspect.
The house looks more open & modern. We're very happy with the whole process.
