I have been seeing Connie Mann for years. I followed her when she moved facilities. She is very honest and knowledgeable. She listens and is very easy to talk to. She was the first person I connected with so well that I didn’t feel judged or invalidated when I bring concerns up to her. This was a very easy transition from the other facility to this one. There was an issue about insurance at first but that seems to be a miscommunication of my insurance ID number. Once that was fixed everything else has been a breeze!
I am very happy with my experience - my psychiatrist is excellent and the office management is knowledgable and efficient - quick to respond to any questions via text or email. I'm very thankful for the support they provide me!
I’ve been seeing Connie Mann from the Charlotte location for several years now, and I can say that she is so wonderfully amazing! The care and concern she has for me as her patient has seen me through some really rough and scary moments in my life as someone with depression/anxiety/ADHD. We’ve been able to work through everything together step-by-step for as long as I needed and I am ten thousand times better because of it
