Derrick properly diagnosed and corrected a problem that has cost us hundreds of dollars with 4 different vendors! Derrick and Joe were easy to work with and Derrick has quite the sense of humor! Really a great experience - knowledgeable, responsive and clean :) I highly recommend and will use them again!
