Called Dynamic Door Service to see about repairs to a commercial entry/exit door last week. Spoke with David, whom I was told was the service manager. We scheduled an appointment on May 22, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm to take a look at the door and get an estimate on repairs/replacement. No one showed up, no phone call and have not heard anything. Tried calling back and no one available to help me find out about the appointment no show. Call another company if you don't want to waste your time!

Called Dynamic Door Service, LLC on a Monday morning with an urgent need to secure a shop building. Will never forget one of the first things they said when I called is "we'll take care of you", and they certainly delivered. David and the team arrived same day, within a couple hours, to replace two 14' overhead doors and one walk-through shop door. David K with Dynamic Door Service, was willing to come out on very short notice on Labor Day knowing he doesn’t typically work on this certain door, and sure enough he got onsite before the store closed and got the door to work properly again, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his response and skills, thank you so much David and Dynamic Door, you really did come to the rescue today, couldn’t recommend them enough and they were great at responding and communication!
