rrrr the worst dental office i have ever visited. they try to rip you off as soon as you walk in. the dentist recommended me things that i found out from a different dentist i did not need. and charged me over $200 for x rays. DO NOT GO THERE
Poor Customer Service I bought a groupon coupon for Dynamic Dental and when I tried to make my appointment-I called 3 times within 3 days and no appointment! I left 2 messages and then finally got someone on the phone and they told me they would call me right back, which they never did! So, I do not want to go to a place that is too busy or unorganized or has poor customer service to schedule patients!
This was the worst experience I have ever had within the medical field in regards to customer service. The dentist and hygienist were very friendly and helpful, but the front desk manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. This place was recommended by my insurance provider, so I made an appointment for a regular cleaning.
