So happy with my experience. The staff were amazingly wonderful; everyone from the reception to the hygienist to the assistant and dentist! Highly recommend this clinic for their stellar customer service, immaculate space and also their exceptionally stress-free dental services! BONUS: Ample free parking available right outside!
The doctors and staff were really helpful in explaining and making the patients comfortable.
We visited this clinic on September 6, 2025, and were encouraged to proceed with a procedure despite our insurance not yet approving it. Staff told us to pay up front with a promise of reimbursement once the insurance processed the claim. Afterward, the insurance denied one of the claims, and we were required to pay the cost ourselves. We felt pressured to go ahead and were unhappy with how the billing and follow-up were handled. We expect clearer communication and a fair resolution.
I asked the office to reschedule my appointment, but the staff pushed me to have the procedure done that day. Their approach felt forceful and unprofessional; it seemed focused on securing payment rather than patient comfort. My insurance later denied coverage, and I had to pay the bill myself. I would not recommend this clinic based on how they handled scheduling, consent, and billing.
