Shoddy work & poor customer service! We towed our car from a local honda dealership. When Dynamic received the car, they proceeded to "fix" the vehicle. $4k and a week later, we pick up the vehicle. Within a day or so, the car stopped working again. Called them and they asked that we bring it back. We towed it back to Dynamic only to be told, they needed to make another repair that would cost approx $300. Just needing to get my son back on the road, we paid it and carried on. The service was excellent, according to my son. He especially appreciated the way he was treated by the staff, particularly Leigh, who handled him with great professionalism and care.
Had an accident during a snowstorm back in December. Had to leave my car there and left it for months. They were super patient while I looking for the title and finally found it this month. Super friendly and understanding. Thank you.
