I've had multiple delivery issues with this company. They will state that a delivery was attempted when it wasn't. We had this happen today. We've been home all day...sitting by the front door...and they say they attempted delivery. They didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Irony is that we did receive another package delivered by the postal service (who did ring the doorbell).
