After making appointment i still waited 55 minutes. I hope alberta government realizes their mistake
Read the negative reviews and had to post this. We had a wonderful experience. My husband and I had a routine blood work. We reached 10 min early, they checked us in immediately and within 10 min we were out! Never had such a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were excellent in communication and the nurse Angium was amazing too! Good service deserves a good review. Being an extremely busy lab they have managed to distribute work very well! Glad we have an amazing lab in Airdrie.
Better now that they changed the privatization.....but still booked an appointment 1 month in advance, showed up 15 min early, only to be told that they are running behind on appointments....I was seen 45 min after my appointment time and then had to wait two hours to complete my test.....ridiculous since I had to fast and was hungry and thirsty already.....I did not need to push that by almost another hour just because they can't keep their appointment times....seriously Alberta... .fix your health care.
I have had bloodwork done twice here as a walk in. Both times the staff were friendly and efficient. Wait was under 30 min both times.
