The front desk staff were efficient and professional, making the check-in process smooth. I had an exceptional experience with Alysha, a medical lab technician. She was incredibly professional, kind, and gentle, and she made me feel completely at ease. Alysha performed both my blood draw and ECG with great care. Because of her outstanding service, I will definitely return to this location.
There’s never anyone in the phone, been calling throughout the day thinking maybe they are just busy in the moment, but didn’t get any response the WHOLE DAY.very frustrating.
