OMG, this Filipino technician was so blatantly rude to this black guy and his elder mother today. The poor guy explained to her that the equipment wasn't working in the other room, and then she said to him, "We can all hear — don't complain about the equipment." Then she doesn't leave it there, she goes and throws their paperwork at her colleagues and says Ha ha, take them." I had to walk out. I would not even wait for my bloodwork. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have been going to this location for many years now and I havent had any issues. You just have to be patient. The lab technicians will take care of you. I can't speak for others experiences but I have had a positive experience everytime.
I usually do all my blood tests at life lab but this time since my doctor was in the same building I decided to go with Dynacare, what a mistake, first of all I tried calling them for three days but no one ever picked up the phone so I had to drive from Pickering to go there just to ask for my results, but once I got there the lady asked me to pay $10 to get the result, this is absolutely ridiculous since they have already got paid for this test from OHIP, I would stay with lifelab since they are well organized and not so gr... read more
The fasting tests are usually busy, but that is to be be expected. I find the technicians to be very skilled and comforting. Reception is quite efficient even though abrupt at times.
