5 stars to the technician ALYSCA, she was so professional and relaxed, made me relaxed and felt safe. It's my best experience by far at this location; which I have been coming for years. Wait times as well as lack of good food choices in the building are my only concern.
They told me it would be 40 minutes, but I waiting for two hours.
The attendant was kind, caring and aware of my mom’s needs.
Incompetent staff do not send results on time, and are not accountable for poor service. They also never pick up the phone which is extremely frustrating for patients.
Very effective and fast! Simple body check up within 30 mins finished with waiting time. 5 star reserve staffs was good!
